The Visa Bulletin for JANUARY 2024 has been published! It reveals the cut-off numbers to apply during the month of FEBRUARY 2024 in the various regions and exception countries in the DV 2024 Program. For February 2024, there are movements in the cut-off numbers of most regions and exception countries, with the exception of the Asia and North America regions, as well as Iran.

February 2024 Cut-Off Numbers

For February 2024, the cut-offs numbers to apply in the various regions and exception countries are shown above, from an exerpt of the Visa Bulletin for January 2024. By means of those cut-off numbers, we can identify the case numbers that are eligible for interview during the month of February 2024 as part of the DV 2024 Program.

Case Numbers Concerned

With the publication of the Visa Bulletin for January 2024, cases whose case numbers are eligible for interview during the month of February 2024 in the various regions and exception countries – excluding those whose interviews have already been scheduled – are as follows:

AFRICA: Case Numbers 1 through 26,499;

Except: ALGERIA: Case Numbers 1 through 25,999; EGYPT: Case Numbers 1 through 24,999 and MOROCCO: Case Numbers 1 through 24,999

ASIA (same as for January): Case Numbers 1 through 5,499;

Except: IRAN (same as for January): Case Numbers 1 through 5,449 and NEPAL: Case Numbers 1 through 4,499

EUROPE: Case Numbers 1 through 13,499;

Except: RUSSIA: Case Numbers 1 through 13,249 and UZBEKISTAN: Case Numbers 1 through 5,499;

NORTH AMERICA (same as for December and January) : Case Numbers 1 to 4;

OCEANIA: Case Numbers 1 through 874;

SOUTH AMERICA: Case Numbers 1 through 1,599.

Important: A case number being eligible for interview for a given month does not mean that the case concerned will be interviewed during the month in question at all cost. In addition to the case number being eligible, other factors contribute to determining the month when the case concerned will ultimately be interviewed.

Conclusion

Cases whose case numbers are the same or higher than their regional or country cut-off are still not current or eligible for interview. Such cases can not expect to receive their interview notification yet. Applicants concerned must check the Visa Bulletin when it is published in January2024 – to ascertain the status of their case number by then.

The Visa Bulletin is published every month, and it is by means of this tool that Diversiy Visa applicants get to know the month when their case will be eligible for interview. Publication of the next Visa Bulletin – the sixth showing cut-offs for the DV 2024 Program – will be done some time in January 2024. The cut-offs revealed in that Visa Bulletin will concern MARCH 2024 interviews.
