The Visa Bulletin for August 2025 has been published; and it has revealed the SEPTEMBER 2025 cut-off numbers – the final cut offs for the DV-2025 Program!
The SEPTEMBER 2025 Cut-Off Numbers
These cut-off numbers indicate not only the case numbers that are eligible for interview during the month of SEPTEMBER 2025 – the final month of the DV-2025 Program; but also those that interviews will not reach.
September Eligible Case Numbers
With the publication of the SEPTEMBER 2025 cut-off numbers, cases that have not been interviewed and are eligible for interview during the month of SEPTEMBER 2025 are as follows:
AFRICA: Case Numbers BELOW 58,500;
Except: ALGERIA: Case Numbers BELOW 54,500; EGYPT: Case Numbers BELOW up to 52,000 and MOROCCO: Case Numbers BELOW 40,500
ASIA: Case Numbers BELOW 14,500;
Except: IRAN: Case Numbers BELOW 11,000 and NEPAL: Case Numbers BELOW 14,450
EUROPE: Case Numbers BELOW 23,000;
Except: RUSSIA: Case Numbers BELOW 22,950 and UZBEKISTAN: Case Numbers BELOW 15,000;
NORTH AMERICA (CURRENT): All Case Numbers;
OCEANIA: Case Numbers BELOW 1,775;
SOUTH AMERICA: Case Numbers BELOW 2,825.
Cases That Interviews Will Not Get To
Cases whose case numbers are the same or higher than the September cut-off shown for their country or region are hereby eliminated from the DV 2025 Program. Such cases will not be interviewed; the DV 2025 Program has ended for them; and there’s nothing the applicants concerned can do to change that outcome, which is quite disappointing for so many DV 2025 applicants.
The Visa Bulletin
The Visa Bulletin is published every month. It is by means of that publication that Diversity Visa applicants get to know the month when their case will be eligible for interview.
Important: A case number being eligible for interview for a given month does not mean that the case concerned will be interviewed during the month in question at all cost. It may well be; it may also not be. In addition to the case number being eligible for interview, other factors contribute to determining when the case concerned will actually be interviewed.
Publication of the next Visa Bulletin will take place anytime from August 7 – 15, 2025. The cut-offs to be revealed in that Visa Bulletin will concern OCTOBER 2025, the first month of interviews in the DV 2026 Program.
