Today marks the end of September 2024; meaning the DV 2024 Program also ends today!
Recap of the 2024 Program
The Entry Period (period to enter the DV 2024 Lottery) was from October 5 to November 8, 2022. The DV-2024 Lottery results were released on May 6, 2023.
Those who were selected had the entire U.S. Fiscal Year 2024 – which ran from October 1, 2023 to today, September 30, 2024 – to process their DV-2024 selection. Today being the final day of interviews for the DV2024 Program, it all comes to an end.
What this means
Applicants who do not succeed in processing their selection latest today will lose the opportunity to emigrate to the U.S. on the basis of their selection in the DV2024 Lottery; and they will gain no further benefit and have no further claim as far as the DV 2024 Program is concerned – after today.
