The Visa Bulletin for July 2024 has been published; and it reveals the Diversity Visa Program AUGUST 2024 cut-off numbers as shown below:

These cut-off numbers tell the case numbers that are eligible for interview during the month of AUGUST 2024. As explained below, the case numbers concerned are those that fall below the numbers shown above.

Case Numbers Concerned

With the publication of the AUGUST 2024 cut-off numbers, cases whose case numbers are eligible for interview during the month of AUGUST 2024 are as follows:

AFRICA: Case Numbers 1 through 74,999;

Except: ALGERIA: Case Numbers 1 through 74,899; EGYPT: Case Numbers 1 through 49,999 and MOROCCO: Case Numbers 1 through 69,999

ASIA: Case Numbers 1 through 14,999;

Except: IRAN: Case Numbers 1 through 14,499 and NEPAL: Case Numbers 1 through 11,999

EUROPE: Case Numbers 1 through 29,999;

Except: RUSSIA: Case Numbers 1 through 29,499 and UZBEKISTAN: Case Numbers 1 through 12,499;

NORTH AMERICA: Case Numbers 1 to 19;

OCEANIA: Case Numbers 1 through 1,999;

SOUTH AMERICA: Case Numbers 1 through 3,149.

Important: A case number being eligible for interview for a given month does not mean that the case concerned will be interviewed during the month in question at all cost. It may well be; it may also not be. In addition to the case number being eligible, other factors now contribute to determining the month when the case concerned will actually be interviewed.

Other Case Numbers

Cases whose case numbers are the same or higher than their regional or country cut-off are still not eligible for interview. Such cases can not receive their interview notification yet. Applicants concerned must check the next Visa Bulletin showing the final cut-off numbers of the DV 2024 Program around this time in July to ascertain the status of their case number.

Publication of that Visa Bulletin will take place anytime from JULY 7 – 15, 2024. The cut-offs to be revealed in that Visa Bulletin will concern SEPTEMBER 2024, the final month of  interviews in the DV 2024 Program.

The Visa Bulletin is published every month. It is by means of that publication that Diversity Visa applicants get to know the month when their case will be eligible for interview.
