The DV 2025 Program Instructions have been published! They contain the details for entering the DV 2025 Program. The Instructions include the DV 2025 Lottery dates, the rules of the DV 2025 Program as well as the list of eligible countries.
Lottery Dates
According to the Instructions, the DV 2025 Lottery will run from 4:00 PM (16 hours) GMT on next Wednesday, October 4, 2023; to 5:00 PM (17 hours) GMT on Tuesday November 7, 2023. It is only during that time that the electronic Diversity Visa form will be available of the official Diversity Visa Program website, and it’s therefore only during that time that persons desirous of entering the DV 2025 Program will be able to do so.
Eligible Countries
Eligible countries are countries whose natives are allowed to enter the DV Program. The list of eligible countries is published as part of the greater Instructions every year. For this year, all eligible countries from last year remain eligible; the United Kingdom and its dependent territories which have not been eligible in recent years have become eligible – for the DV 2025 Program.
